Running the Tubulin Program

A demonstration of the tubulin program can be run over the web via a cgi strip. Under normal circumstances, with perhaps 100,000 dimers running for 100,000 iterations, the program can take a very long time (maybe several days!). So for this web version, we use very few dimers indeed. It's still large enough to examine the nucleation behaviour for a number of different parameters however.
